To help your photographer and/or videographer capture all the most important moments of your wedding, please complete and submit this General Info Form & the following 2 forms: Shot List Form & VIP Guests Form. This form is intended as a guideline only for photography and video services; it does not constitute a contract. If pre-ceremony portraits are desired, the time must be scheduled with your wedding coordinator . Please have your immediate family and wedding party prepared to start at the designated time.

Please check here to request additional photography coverage ($150/hr) and/or additional videography coverage ($225/hr). Any labor in addition to your package will be billed in 1/2-hour increments. To ensure availability of crew beyond your current package, please call our office prior to wedding date.

The images from your wedding photography package will be posted to a personalized website for 90 days from your wedding date. The images are usually available within a week after your wedding for you to view and share with family and friends. From this website you can select your prints included in your package Shipping and handling is included with the initial package delivery in the US. International shipping is additional.
