Aloha Moment, is a division of Media Systems, Inc. (MSI).
- DEPOSIT: If booking directly with Aloha Moment, a fifty percent (50%) deposit is due to reserve Photography or Video services with the balance due ten (10) days prior to the event.
- CANCELLATION POLICY: MSI reserves the time and date agreed upon, and will not make other reservations for time and date. If notification of cancellation is received less than ten (10) days prior to the assignment, client will be liable for 50% of the estimated charges.
- IN THE CASE MSI IS UNABLE TO PERFORM: Due to fire or other casualty, strike, act of God or war MSI shall return all deposits to said Client.
- TRAVEL: Outside major resort areas and central Maui will require an additional travel fee of $25 per hour.
- OFFICIAL PHOTOGRAPHERS AND VIDEOGRAPHERS: Guests may take photographs OR video footage only as they do not interfere with the photographer´s and videographer´s duties. Any breach of this agreement will constitute a reason for non-completion with no liability to MSI.
- EVENT SCHEDULING: It is important that you are on time to the scheduled event. Tardiness may constitute reason for non-completion with no liability to MSI.
- VIP LIST: Is intended as a guide for you and the photographer. The list does not constitute a formal agreement, although every effort will be made to accommodate your requests within the limitations of your package.
- LIMITATION ON LIABILITY: Shall apply in the event that photographic materials are damaged in processing, lost through camera malfunction, loss by parcel service, or otherwise damaged or lost, MSI shall not be liable for any amount in excess of the retail value of the order.
- WEB POSTING: All photography from Aloha Moment will be performed digitally, unless otherwise specified. The images from your photography will be posted to a secure website for ninety (90) days from your event. The images will be available three to four days following the event. From this website, you may select your prints. Viewing may be extended past the 90 days at $20 per month. If the site has expired, there is an additional charge of $15 to re-post the images from your event.
- ADDITIONAL SERVICES: If in the event, services are added to the selected coverage such as additional time, payment of the additional services is due prior to delivery of product. Please see Photography Essentials on our website for a complete description of available services.
- DELIVERY OF PRODUCTS: Original prints and DVD´s will be shipped to the client directly, unless otherwise requested.
- REORDERS: All reorders must be paid for when placed. Unless purchased, all images and footage remain the property of and are archived by Aloha Moment, a division of Media Systems, Inc. for one (1) year.
- NOTICE OF COPYRIGHT: It is ILLEGAL to copy or reproduce photographs and footage elsewhere without written MSI authorization.
- HOLIDAY RATES: Photography and Videography packages and services provided on a Federal holiday will be billed at the 150% of the package price.
- PRICES: Prices are subject to a 4.166% Hawaii sales tax. Prices are subject to change without notice.
